Domestic Career

He played his first domestic match for Worcestershire in 2013 against Bangladesh A side. He scored 127 runs from 54 balls for Worcestershire against Durham in NatWest t20 Blast 2016 which was the highest individual score by a Worcestershire player in a T20 contest.

He then left Worcestershire and joined Yorkshire in 2017 and played for them till 2022. He now signed a contract with Somerset for County season 2023. In 2021, Kohler-Cadmore scored highest score in T10 league history as he scored 96 off just 39 balls against Bangla Tigers in Abu Dhabi T10 League.

He was picked by Quetta Gladiators for the PSL 2018. He then rejoined Pakistan Super League through Peshawar Zalmi in 2021 and 2022 season. He is now one of the players which are retained by Peshawar for PSL 2023.
